For specific details about your program, please refer to your welcome email or reach out to your trainer directly. However, we’ve put together some helpful guidelines below to answer common questions and make your experience as smooth as possible!
After signing up, you will receive links to book your sessions. For the Foundational Program, you’ll schedule 3 semi-private training sessions and 1 recovery session per week. In the Recomp Program, you'll book 3 semi-private sessions per week and 2 recovery sessions per month. We recommend booking your recovery sessions on non-workout days to maximize rest and recovery.
You are more than welcome to reschedule or cancel your appointment online! If you cancel more than 12 hours in advance, there’s no penalty. However, if you cancel within 12 hours of your session, a $35 fee will apply, but you’ll still keep that session in your monthly total. If you miss a session without notice (a no-show), you’ll be charged for the full session and it will count against your available sessions for the month.
No, any unused sessions do not roll over to the following month. We encourage you to book all your training and recovery sessions in advance to ensure you maximize your membership benefits.
If you’d like to book additional training or recovery sessions, please speak with your trainer first to ensure availability and coordination. Additional training sessions are available for $100 each, and recovery sessions for $60 each. If you book through the member link without notifying your trainer, the additional sessions will automatically be billed at the end of the month.
